Important note for anti-virus software users and users of Symantec products

ChildWebGuardian uses well known and reliable ASProtect built-in protection system (www.aspack.com) and some of anti-virus softwares may incorrectly detect the protection code as a "troyan virus" or "adware". Simply ignore such warnings.

Also unfortunately even some Symantec programs detect our software as Trackware.WebGuardian.

Symantec says to you that our program:

"4. Logs the URLs of pages visited and saves them to a log file.
5. May send the log file to a predetermined email address.
6. May restrict internet access to sites that contain words in the URL or Web page on a predetermined blacklist.
7. May only allow access to Internet Explorer at specific times or on specific days.
8. May block pop-up windows."

And all this is the TRUTH. Our ChildWebGuardian has all these functions to protect childes in Internet. And we don't hide this information! All these functions are described on our web site.

So, we advise you to ignore any warning messages about ChildWebGuardian.

ChildWebGuardian is not a virus. It simply does its job ;)

Therefore we provide the special version of ChildWebGuardian that is not detected as Trackware.WebGuardian by Symantec programs. So, if you use the Symantec programs, please download this version of ChildWebGuardian.
